Welcome! I'm Dr. Jenn Fox. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist and I specialize in helping people heal the pain and trauma of the past to find greater well-being and fulfillment. I work primarily with Veterans, First Responders, survivors of sexual trauma, and survivors of childhood abuse and neglect.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported in their journey, and I am honored to be a part of that process. My therapy practice is welcoming and affirming all, including LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, poly and non-monogamous, all ability and disability, all body types, and all faiths and religions. I believe in creating a space where you can express your whole, authentic self.
I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina and love getting out in nature to move, breathe, and connect with a sense of wholeness. Being creative makes me feel alive, whether that's painting, building something for my space, or finding creative solutions to problems. In my time off, I'm most likely finding a perfect spot to hang my hammock in the woods, trying a new recipe, or curled up by the fire with a book and my cat.
I specialize in treating trauma and attachment wounding using approaches that integrate the mind and body and shift you out of usual patterns of thinking and experiencing. I primarily use EMDR, hypnotherapy, meditation, and psychedelic integration, integrating in many other complementary approaches.
